Developed to complement the popular Ice Cube barstool, the Ice Cube 2 has the addition of a foot rest connected to the seat cushion to create a minimally inspired piece of design.
The seat and footrest section can swivel independently of the base, and is sprung to ensure that the stool always faces forward when not being used. The sturdy stainless steel frame is perfectly suited to the contract environment, being strong and easy to clean. The design of the frame includes a cast iron foot (covered by a stainless steel cover plate) making the stool very solid, and impossible to topple in normal use.
The seat, as with the standard Ice Cube barstool, can be upholstered in any of Inside Outs standard range of contract fabrics, tweed, suede touch, velvet, wool, faux leather, leather or vinyl, all of which are treated for stain resistance, and fire retardancy.
